  • An integral portion of our business is devoted to the publication of three Civil Litigation Manuals.

  • The first publication is the Civil Litigation Manual, a Comprehensive Guide to Superior Court Procedures in San Diego County.  This manual was first published in 1990.  The emphasis is on rules and procedures in San Diego County.

  • The second publication is the Civil Litigation Manual, a Comprehensive Guide to Superior Court Procedures in Orange County.  This manual was first published in 1997.  The emphasis is on rules and procedures in Orange County.

  • The third publication is the Civil Litigation Manual, a Comprehensive Guide to Superior Court Procedures in California and Los Angeles County.  This manual was first published in 2002.  The emphasis is on California and Los Angeles County rules and procedures.

  • Although each manual may highlight the rules and procedures in a specific county, focus is also placed on the statewide rules, codes, and procedures and may be used in law offices throughout California.

  • Numerous accolades have been received from legal professionals using these manuals.

  • The manuals are updated twice a year to ensure the contents is current with revised codes, rules, and forms on a state and, if applicable, a local level.

  • The manuals are in use throughout California by attorneys, legal secretaries and paralegals.  A number of firms provide a copy of the manual for each of their secretarial and paralegal staff.

  • The public law libraries in San Diego, Orange and Los Angeles Counties main up-to-date copies, among their numerous publications.
